Starting to Drywall: January 31, 2020

The gas line is hooked up.

 

The boiler is on, and there is heat in the house.

 

 

The doors have been delivered, and are acclimating in the garage.

 

 

Derrick has installed the shelf outside the Great Room for knick-knacks.

 

 

And Derrick installed the second air exchange unit in the attic.

 

 

All this allows the drywallers to start.

 

 

First, they install the ceilings on the second floor.

Once the ceilings are in, final insulation will be blown into the attic.

 

Gerardo's crew works smoothly and quickly.

The results show.
