Update: January 12, 2020

We returned for the first visit of the new year.

 

The boiler for the radiant heating has been mounted,

and the piping to the manifold is partly completed. 

 

The fireplaces are vented.  Here is the lower level . . .

 

 

. . . and the Great Room.

 

 

The ventilation ducts have been extended down through the upper floor,

 

and out in the garage, the ceiling has been dropped to enclose the ductwork.

 

 

Derrick, Leif and Tanner have been busy framing: 

the door to the master bedroom closet.

 

and to the master bath.

 

Plus, the slot for the pocket door in the upstairs hallway.

 

 

Outside, Alberto and his crew have installed the stonework on the rear pillars.
