Progress on Many Fronts: February 5, 2020

There was progress on several fronts from the many trades on site.

 

 

Derrick completed the mantle above the fireplace in the Great Room.

 

 

And installed the high mantle above.

 

Above them, Gerardo's drywallers started on the Great Room ceiling,

 

 

now that Alberto has finished the inside pillars.

 

 

 

Actually, the drywallers were all over the house.

 

 

The sewing room.

 

 

The master bedroom.

 

 

The family room.

 

Tom's workout room.

 

The staircase.

 

The main hallway.

 

 

Meanwhile, Leif cut out the false floor in the elevator shaft.

 

Juan worked on the shower connections in the master bath.

 

Stein and Earlen brought the doors upstairs to acclimate.

 

And Alberto uncovered the limestone cap on the retaining wall.
