New wall in the basement, to create the far wall of the family room . . .

 

and the near wall of the work-out room.

 

 

On the north side, two "bump-outs."

 

 

And once the joists are framed, it is time to install the sub-floor.

 

 

Tanner lifts the sheeting up to Leif and Derrick.

 

Then the sheets are glued and nailed.
