Stripping the Forms: May 11, 2019

 

Less than 24 hours after the pour, Marcello's crew began to strip off the foundation forms.  Jon says that the concrete will reach full tensile strength in 28 days, but is strong enough that we can move forward now.

 

 

We have a foundation!

 



 

 Even have the first plumbing installation -- the outfall to the sewer.

 

 

You can begin to see the outline of the family room through the gap for the window.
