Sump and Insulation: May 20, 2019

 

On a drizzly, rainy day, Stein and Bud installed the perforated pipe around the base of the foundation walls, then wrapped them in permeable felt.

 

Insulation was placed on the outside of the foundation walls.

 

 

And the inside -- while Bud put several loads of gravel in the garage to provide a firm base for the floor.
